By booking with 3AM Detailing, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms

By requesting and accepting any service from 3AM Detailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are made available on our website. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the customer and 3AM Detailing.

Liability & Vehicle Condition

We strive for the highest standard of care in all services. However, by accepting service, you acknowledge and agree that:
 
You assume all risks associated with detailing vehicles with pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: brittle plastics, worn upholstery, oxidized or faded paint, loose panels, aftermarket modifications, or prior repairs.
 
3AM Detailing is not responsible for any damage that arises due to the underlying or hidden condition of your vehicle, including defects that may become visible after detailing.

A visual inspection may be conducted, and notable pre-existing issues will be documented when possible, but the absence of such documentation does not imply warranty against all outcomes.
 
 
Important: Detailing may reveal flaws or pre-existing conditions. Our cleaning or correction process does not create damage, but may uncover existing issues not previously visible.

Video & Photo Documentation

All services may be recorded (video and/or photo) for documentation, training, and quality assurance purposes. These materials:
 

  • May be used to show your vehicle’s condition before, during, and after service.

  • Are available to you upon request for up to 30 days after service.

  • May be used for marketing, promotional, or training purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing prior to service.

A non-refundable deposit of 15% is required to book any ceramic coating service. This deposit secures your appointment and covers prep time, reserved materials, and scheduling.
 
The balance is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
 
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service total.

Client Emergencies & Weather Conditions

We understand unexpected events happen. In cases of personal emergencies or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning), we’ll gladly reschedule at no cost.
If a safe indoor/covered space is available, services may continue with client approval.

Use of Client's power/water

While our equipment is mostly self-sufficient, we may request access to a standard power outlet or water supply when necessary. This will only be done with your permission.

Time Estimates

Time estimates are based on average service durations and vehicle condition. Delays may occur due to size, condition, or complexity of the job.
Quality is our priority, and we appreciate your patience.

Consent for Marketing Use

Photos/videos of your vehicle may be shared on social media or used for promotional purposes.

If you prefer we do not share content of your vehicle, simply let us know before or during the appointment — no questions asked.

Non-Interference Clause

To ensure safety, efficiency, and quality, clients must avoid interfering with technicians while work is in progress. This includes avoiding entry into the immediate work area unless invited by a technician.

Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.
 
Late payments are subject to a 5% daily interest fee starting 24 hours after service completion. If you anticipate a delay, contact us in advance. We are happy to work with you.

Damages & Claims

Any concerns or complaints regarding services rendered must be reported within 24 hours of completion. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review or compensation.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3AM Detailing, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from your failure to disclose vehicle conditions, unauthorized modifications, or breach of these terms.

Emergency Booking

Last minute bookings are subject to rush fees 

3AM Detailing reserves the right to refuse service at any time and to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
